There’s been a lot of talk about whether or not it was a bad call. At first sight I wanted to call BS (as general bias prevails) but after watching it a few times it looks like Schelotto was just exploiting a weak player inside the box. I feel these two shots tell the full story:

Even if he was trying to get out of the way, it looks like a pretty easy call to me.
