Canadian Championship table

The Montreal Impact swept the Vancouver Whitecaps in the inaugural Canadian Championship with a 2-0 victory. The win gives them a 4-0 aggregate a 3 point lead in the standings.

With the Caps virtually eliminated while still leading the standings in USL it is less likely they will start their best team for the up coming home and home clash with Toronto FC. TFC looks to be in a good position to pick up their first bit of silver should they manage to make it through their busy July schedule.

The tournament winner goes on to represent Canada in the CONCACAF Champions League
