That’s the question I had so much fun asking the teeny bopper Beckham fans that bought scalped tickets beside me and a $120 authentic Beckham Galaxy jersey last year. The answer to the question - the tickets, with a slight pouting and lowering of the head in shame.

And it looks like I’ll be able to do it again this year! England coach Fabio Cappelo has called up Beckham for friendly matches against the US and Trinidad & Tobago leaving him more than likely out of the Gals lineup for their visit to Toronto.

As far as I’m concerned this great news for TFC. A one dimensional LA side missing the largest component of their attack (no it’s still not Landon Donovan, I don’t care how many set ups and PK’s he’s been given) will be an easy 3 points for the taking. We’ve already proven ourselves with a 3-2 win in LA back in week 3, so I say bring on the Spiceless Gals!
